Konsu Properties S.L.U. (CIF B72416233), the owner and tourist-licence holder, is the data controller for your booking, payment and stay. Luxe STR Global LLC, 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 12N, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA, runs this website and the marketing and processes enquiry and marketing data on its behalf. • Booking details — name, email, phone, country, dates and party size. Needed to perform the accommodation contract.
• Payment records — amount, method, provider reference and status. We never see or store your full card number; card data is handled entirely by Stripe.
• Enquiries and messages — kept so we can answer you and keep track of the conversation.
• Identity documents — collected at check-in because Spanish law obliges us to report guest identity to the authorities.

Our property management system (Hostaway), our payment providers (Stripe, and where you choose it a cryptocurrency payment processor), our email provider, and the Spanish authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Booking and payment records are kept for the period Spanish tax law requires (currently six years). Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after two years.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time — just email us. You also have the right to complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie used is a session cookie for the private management area, which is essential and not used for tracking.
