The Surf Villa 2 is a five-bedroom villa in the centre of Las Américas, Costa Adeje, sleeping twelve. It sits next to Siam Park and Siam Mall, with panoramic sea views. It is a private house for a group who want the resort close by and the bedrooms to themselves.
Siam Mall has bars, restaurants and shops. The beaches are about a ten-minute walk, or a few minutes by taxi, and you can walk to most of what you need. A taxi will collect you at the door. Street parking is close to the villa, and a small car can park inside the gate. The house is surrounded by other villas, within walking distance of bars, restaurants, the beach, clubs, water parks and the mall.
The bedrooms are on the ground floor. The roof terrace is upstairs. Outside there is a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a BBQ and a chill zone. Inside there is a pool table, a ping pong table, and Wi-Fi throughout the house.
You book it direct with the owners. The nightly price is the price on the calendar, and there is no platform guest fee.
