We get asked every week. The honest answer is that stag and hen groups are welcome in our villas, and the ones that have the best time are the ones who understand what a villa in a residential street is and is not.
What works
- The house as the base, not the venue. Breakfast by the pool, an afternoon on the loungers, the barbecue lit, a pool tournament, a sauna round, dinner at one table for sixteen. Then out: Las Américas is ten minutes away and open until the small hours.
- Booking the right size. Twelve people in a villa for eight means four on sofas and a bad week. The Surf Villa sleeps seventeen in seven ensuite rooms; Surf Villa 3 sleeps fifteen; Surf Villa 2 sleeps twelve.
- The extras. A private chef for the big night, a fire show by the pool, a 30-litre beer keg cold on arrival (available at the Surf Villas), massages the morning after, a minibus to and from the airport. All bookable from your booking page after you reserve.
- A weekday or a shoulder-season week. Minimum stays are shorter and prices lower outside July, August and the festive weeks.
What does not work
- Parties. Not amplified music, not a DJ, not forty guests. Spanish law sets quiet hours from 22:00 and the neighbours enforce them by calling the police, which ends the weekend.
- Extra people. The licensed maximum is the maximum, including friends who "are just visiting". A friend for dinner is fine; a second group is not.
- Two-night stays in high season. Our minimum stays are longer far ahead and shorten nearer the date; a three-night stag in August is rarely possible, a five-night one in October often is.
The deposit
A €500 damage deposit is held on a card before arrival and released after check-out. Broken glasses are normal; a broken door or a hob is charged at cost. Most groups get the whole deposit back.
