Who it is for
A reunion. A milestone birthday with grandparents and children in the same week. Three families who want to be under one roof and still close a door at night. The house is set up for that: seven en-suite bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning, and an upstairs penthouse designed for a family.
Who it is not for
This is not a stag or party house. There are no parties, and no loud noise after 22:00, which is Spanish law and what the neighbours expect. A group that wants a nightclub should rent a nightclub. A reunion that wants one quiet house, a pool and a table big enough for the family is who this page is for.
How three families share one house
Every bedroom is en suite, so grandparents, parents and children each have a door they can close. One family can take the upstairs penthouse. Everyone else meets at the dining terrace, which seats sixteen, at the heated pool and on the mini-golf putting green.
Exact bed types are confirmed when you book. We do not publish a plan that puts one generation in a named room. We also do not advertise step-free access: the penthouse is upstairs. If a ground-floor bedroom matters for someone in the group, tell us when you enquire and we will describe the house as it is.
An upstairs penthouse for one family

Sunbeds and seating for all 17
Sunbeds and seating are there for all 17 guests, with the dining terrace for sixteen. The point of one villa, rather than a row of hotel rooms, is that the whole reunion can sit down together.
Mini-golf, chess, two fire pits and a games console
Most of the day can happen at the house. There is a mini-golf putting green, a giant outdoor chess set, a BBQ area, a chill-out zone and two fire pits. Inside, a games console for kids. Teenagers have the console, the chess and the putting green. Younger children have the same garden, and a cot and a high chair are included at no charge. We can arrange more than one: say how many when you book.
A 32ft pool, a sauna and an ice bath
The swimming pool is 32ft and heated, with a sauna and an ice bath on the terrace beside it. It is the group's own water. Wellness here is the sauna and the ice bath at the house. You rent a private house from the owners. Food, drinks and entertainment are not packaged into the nightly price, and it is not a staffed all-inclusive resort.
A two-minute walk to Siam Mall and Siam Park
Siam Mall and Siam Park are approximately a two-minute walk. For a reunion that is the practical part: a day at the water park with the children, and a supermarket in the mall, without needing a car for either.
