A group of 16 needs the 7-bedroom house. It sleeps 17. The 6-bedroom house sleeps 15, so 16 people do not fit in it.
A group of 10, 11 or 12 can take the 5-bedroom house, which sleeps 12, or either of the larger ones. A group of 13, 14 or 15 needs the 6-bedroom house or the 7-bedroom. A group of 8 can take any of the four. A group of 9 does not fit the 4-bedroom house, which sleeps 8.
